| • This is a great tool! I've listed it on The Wall as a "BDP" for business! As I stated there, "Tool that offers keyword suggestions. Not foolproof but a great aid. Does not replace common sense and eBay rules on Key Word Spamming." I've seen more traffic and bids. I started using this tool and The Wall at the same time, so I'm not sure what the source is but either way they are working well together! LOL

| • I love this tool! I had no idea it even existed or that ebay labs was out there. I went through each of my listings and used the suggested key words. Wow! My sales have went through the roof this week! I agree the dots are weird, but I have gotten use to it, I like it better than the percentages, I would like to see that come back in the catagory selection search area. It helped there alot. If you do change it, please leave dots as an option as I do not want to lose any resolution as minor changes make a difference. If we went to bars or stars, we would lose information. | • There has to be some sort of quantitative indicator to make this tool comprehensible. % change- there isn't a percentage shown. The discs have no relevance (which is kind of funny considering the purpose of the tool LOL well I think it is funny). What I mean is I don't know if the BIG disc is representing 1 searcher or 1000. That being true how much time would someone want to spend trying to tweak the title just right for the mass 2? 10? 25? 1000? searchers. There is no way to measure Efficiency or efficacy for that matter. I am just one of those concrete people- It just seems that to wonder the quantity of the disc is no different than looking at nothing and wondering how many people are searching with this or that. It has no meaning attached - it could be 1 or a billion I'm not sure how to get around that other than giving the discs value by color code or something. If it doesn't represent anything significant than it isn't relevant.

When using this, I have found that my items come up equal if not sooner in a BEST MATCH search as they did in a ENDING SOONEST search - EVERY TIME! What I loved about this Optimizing tool was that I changed the wording of some products so that it would show up for the most common queries for this object. It has been EXTREMELY helpful in determining which words we should use in our titles and I think if eBay desires to continue utilizing Best Match as the default sort-by method then they owe it to at least the REPUTABLE sellers to provide SOME kind of information regarding how it works. This tool did not reveal entirely how the Best Match algorithm operates, but still quite adequately provided great research opportunity regarding it's basic functions. As a representative from a large eBay seller who has NOT abused this tool, I would like to say that BayEstimator should be put back up!

| • This tool actually exposed flaws in the listing system and should be commended. Duplicate words in a title should be penalized anyways. Us sellers keep getting penalized by flaws and new standards. Sellers are the key to Ebays success!

| • The tool was helpful in determining which keywords to use in the title as there is not enough room for everything when you start describing cities, states and locations. Please bring it back. Although some abused it, many many more were using it as it was intended. Linda

| • Please bring back this tool. It is an essential part of optimizing titles for best match. The abuse of best match by certain sellers should not cause all sellers to be handicapped. Although this tool may have revealed the 'new new new' vulnerability within best match, it was not the cause of the problem; and the vulnerability would have been discovered and exploited at some point even without the tool. I believe the optimal title is a combination of high-scoring keywords (from the tool) combined with good descriptive terms that are appropriate for each individual item.
